    Which 240 volt Mig welder?

I am running a Hobart 187 and can weld 1/4 inch all day. If I am butt welding and am really concerned about strength I will either make a pass on each side or bevel the edges a little. If you are serious about welding much 3/8 inch I would go for the 210. I have never used a spool gun and...

Not Just Another "Just Picked Up My New Trailer"...

Fyredan, I know how you feel. Though I have not been in the military I have been around military personnel all my life and have a great respect for those who serve our country. One of the reasons I have my deuce is because of the history involved with the truck. It is a constant reminder of...

    WA Weigh Stations

I'd be careful saying "All weigh stations are commercial only". The one weigh station I passed in Nebraska while I was towing my deuce home stated very plainly that pickups towing trailers must stop. States may have different laws. That was the only weigh station I had to stop at on that trip...

    Serial Number Location

I recovered my deuce last week and have been going through it looking for things that need work. I am very happy that the only issue I have found thus far are a small air leak, a non functional drivers windshield wiper, and the drivers seat adjustment needs some attention. The girl is in great...

    Deuce is Home

She will be getting a detailed going over in the next few months. I don't mind a little seepage but she will have no outright leaks when I am done. Thanks for noticing. And thanks to all for you comments.
