Guys, I have owned mine for 5 years. The first thing I did was install a kill switch to prevent unauthorized starting of my vehicle. The switch disconnects the negative terminal by disconnecting the ground. I have not had any trouble with my "smart box"

I add a half quart of transmission fluid to a full tank of fuel. Trans fluid is a great cleaning agent and a high quality lubricant for the fuel pump.

Finished up the install, need to hang the mirrors, antenna, tighten things up and clean up the mess. Next I will need to mount the gunners platform, TOW mounting brackets inside and the MGS box tray. .

Spent some more time today removing the windshield and B pillar. Installed the hard top windshield with the DVE bracket and wiring.New rubber seals are on the way. Pictures to follow

Mike, I had a similar issue. Sounds like a vapor lock. My radiator filler cap is located in the hose section. In order to fill the system properly I used a kit from NAPA. The kit consists of a funnel that locks on to the radiator filler neck. The instructions call for you to start the...

The top is nice, and in good condition. The only reason to go with the hard top would be to have another platform besides the mule to display the tow stuff.

The bumper is not as heavy as it looks. I installed it myself with a jack and some blocking.
