There's a small chance of rain Tuesday and Wednesday, hopefully it wets everything down enough so we can have a campfire! And, of course, to make some nice puddles too. Ha ha.

Adjustability is good, as long as it doesn't lose the proper adjustment. As long as the proper preload is there (the single washer in mine) it won't need any adjustment for a long long time.
I see what happened with yours- something cleaned the printed ink right off! Well mine was off a 94, so yours is probably a different one. (Although they look essentially the same)
Dang! Good looking truck there man! I'm jealous. Ha ha. I really need to repaint mine...
Anyway, mine says it right on the data plate. No coded messages or anything.
There should be a little data plate on the intake side of the turbo that says exactly what it is. Someone else probably knows which one came stock on the 96.
For those of you that are running a muffler, what muffler did you get? Are you happy with the sound volume and tone? I have the exhaust run with 3" pipe after the downpipe and straight back to the exit in front of the pass. rear tire. It sounds fine until you get on it, then it's a little too...
Ha ha, it only gets cold at night in the winter. It's mostly for camping or the outside fire pit. I do love fire, though. Without it the internal combustion engine wouldn't work!
