Interesting Biodiesel news report from NY

Every gallon on biodiesel made in somebodies garage is 18 cents out of the feds pocket.. I for see a time in the very near future where it will become very hard to acquire used cooking oil because of new regulations. The ethanol found is interesting. I wonder if it was distilled on site. That...

Looking for Alcohol Evaporator Kit for M35A2

I don't see how that intake system works... if you put a vacuum gauge on that port you will notice that that is a surge port...not vacuum. If unplugged it draws air out and pushes it back in. I do not logically see any way that it will draw alcohol vapor into the system. Maybe that is why they...

    questions about my new Deuce

Yes it is a sprag T-case, but it is the T-case that is auto locking, not the differential. I really can't describe accurately how it works in terms that you would understand, but basically if the rear wheels start moving faster than the front wheels (rear slipping) it causes a couple of wedges...

Time to dust off your credit cards!!!

People are stupid...they can buy one on ebay any day of the week and pick it up same day for that sort of money. Sounds like there is an abundance of bidders who have not been burned by GL these last few actions.

    tell me about this M342A2

He can do the same thing in VT for 16.00 I think, but then the vehicle is useless for anything but parades. Some of us use these trucks for things:wink: I being from Vermont originally was just putting the registration fee into perspective for him. Here in KY we have to pay the county, the...

    tell me about this M342A2

The 250.00 VT charges per year is a bargain. We pay more that a year on each of our daily drivers here. One is a Jeep Cherokee and the other is a Honda Civic. There is a lot of things about Vermont that I have learned to appreciate since we moved south.

    KY recovery question (temp tags?)

County Clerks suck in this state.... I am shocked we don't have regular shootings in the clerks office considering how many people they PO on a daily basis. They should follow the lead of other states and hand licensing and registrations over to the DMV. I know Physicians who live and work...

    what color is this???

It is most likely what ever color the owner of the truck found at walmart that looked close to desert tan. Note that the canvas does not match the color on the truck..... suggesting that the owner really didn't care what color it was as long as it was tan. Any reputable paint seller could have...

    Any "mechanically unsavvy" owners?

Most of the differences are common sense things.... like don't slide under her on a mechanics dolly and unbolt the transmission hoping you can rest it on your chest and scoot back out with it like you could with the trans from a Toyota Camry;-)

more room behind wheel m35a2 help?

You should cut a hole in the back of the cab and mount a sleeper...then you can move the seat back as far as you like:-P

Trying to recover some batts with a batteryMINder

My understanding of it is that it will restore a batter back to 85% of its Cranking Amps... when you need 750 CCA will 635 be enough?

    Any "mechanically unsavvy" owners?

    Plowzilla

I think it looks like it could be braced better, but it looks like it is built plenty heavy enough. I have been looking at plows for mine and found a great deal on a surplus 10 ft Flink Plow, but after considering it long and hard I have decided to go with a lighter plow like yours. I am going...

    Towing M105 behind Jeep Wrangler

The 105 has an empty weight of 2600 lbs. A Jeep Wranglers tow capacity is only 2000 lbs unless you have an Unlimited or Rubicon...... even so you would not want to put anything in the trailer. as far as the airpack goes you would probably have to do some custom fab work to make one off of a...

    Deuce snow plow?

You are right on the circumference though.... 40.5 (3.14) =127 inches 42.5 (3.14) = 133 inches it is pulling 5 inches farther with the 11.00 up front...... even I am thinking that is too much.
