    Nevermind

Nice - but I just don't see any possible use of that, on a stock M35A2...

    Transfer Case problem

.... or the whole input shaft has somehow moved backwards a couple mm??:? Before you pull apart the whole TC, here are a few dimensions you can check and compare with yours, after removing that top 4-bolt cover (plus the poppet ball, stem & spring) .... For fairly new parts, the synchro collar...

    Transfer Case problem

You may be able to remove the lid alone. But then, getting all shafts back in place at once will be challenging, at least. Have you found already what causes the synchro to not fully engage?

    Oil pump idler gear

That gear will outlast your engine, many times...!

    Transfer Case problem

But for that to happen, the fork (and also the clutch collar) must have a lot of wear. You must have noticed that when you had it all apart, no....?

    Transfer Case problem

Yes, it is.... It doesn't take much movement (<3/16") to prevent the H-L lever & linkage from fully engaging in gear. The slip joint on that jack shaft certainly allows for much more travel than that.

    Humvee Injector Replacement

Well, PP does affect fuel atomization, yes (not flow, as some might think). But IDK about it being as much as "crucial"... (?) FWIW, I know people who are running the stock Delphi 803 "turbo" injectors for example, in their (N/A) 6.2s. No reported issues, so far. Others have set their injectors...

    Transfer Case problem

Yes, the whole synchronizer assembly moves back and forth, but only a couple mm each way, until the (gold colored) rings make contact with the respective gear cone. Past that travel, what really moves is the clutch collar itself. About 15mm out of neutral position, each way. Meaning that the...

    Transfer Case problem

Not, unless the fork was terribly worn out... I mean, worse than this one.... You will have to remove that 4-bolt cover, to take a look inside.

    Transfer Case problem

In the best case, the TC mounts are loose and the whole TC has shifted to the rear of vehicle, not allowing full (inward)travel of the shift shaft when shifting into high gear. Second best scenario (and also relatively easy to check and fix): somehow the fork's set screw (#12) broke loose and...

    Humvee Injector Replacement

Mind explaining why? Only thing I know is different is the pop pressure. (126bar for the N/A vs. 142bar for the turbo version).

    So I bought a Het...

No, not the city; just the state. E TX is fine.

    Humvee Injector Replacement

They sure do, dimensions of the body are identical.

    20 bolt wheel?

Yes - if we included the options in the civilian world... But the image in the OP is clearly referring to the stock tire/wheel assembly with the NSN 2530-01-563-8620

    20 bolt wheel?

    I beg to differ.....

Bolt on wheel spacers for the deuce. Where to get them?

The same can be done with welded wheels, but you better had a lathe with >60cm swing to do this right. So what...? No specifics? Fact is, you don't build custom wheels just to look good... With the right tools, runout tolerances can/should be way below factory. (If wobbling/hopping even was...

Bolt on wheel spacers for the deuce. Where to get them?

Maybe this thread gets you motivated enough to modify a set of stock wheels, by flipping the center plates? Safer than spacers? Anytime!

    Help Disassembling Steering Column 2530-01-126-3432

OP is right: no exploded views of this, in the 5-ton parts TMs... I did - and don't recall having had any issues, at all. The upper end of the column & all the parts are identical to the Deuces: see TM 9-2320-361-34P, Fig. 115 For the 5-ton column, after removing the horn contact (pic...

    HEMTT Wheel Question

All RFs have channels and/or holes and are designed to never block the air valve, no matter what position. I would leave that first wheel as is.
