I have one ring left. It is missing the felt and the band that holds the felt. I really don't think you would need it unless you were in a harsh environment. $250.00 + the ride. Weight on these are around 300#. No legs. Legs were selling in the $200 - $250 range. I don’t know anyone with...
Total was about 60 100# bags. If I would have put down a tarp and sifted it would have been less. I think it ran about $5 per bag but in the 100 degree heat I reall did not feel like sifting.
RE: Re: RE: power steering vs not????
Install of the air assist is really simple. No welding or fabricating. Replace the drag link. Simple with impact and wide slotted driver socket. Replace U bolts and lower spring plate, install cylinder, add “T” in airline, slip on air lines and drive...
Re: RE: hyd power steering info
Do you thing the larger tires will hit the box or draglink? They don't hit the Air-O-Matic link but did not know if they would hit the box outside of the frame.
I added the air assist to my truck. I have some shoulder issues and after a day of driving the truck I just hurt. I am running 395/85/20's. I would say it is 70% better but there is a lot of rubber on the ground. I think with 9.00 or 11.00 20 it would help more. I wish I would have fabed up...
Trying to ID the truck it's self. My ID plate SN# matches my title however the ID says W/O W and my truck has a winch and title says 76 AM General. The frame number has been removed. Don't know why or by whom. From what I can tell and guessing it is a 1967 Kiser M35A2.
I think my parts truck has a bad rod bearing as it has a knock. My truck I just painted has a bad front main seal and is turning my paint from green to black.
Can the crank be pulled and new bearings be installed with out pulling the motor?
How hard is the front seal to replace?
I sold Gimpy a tow bar about 7-8 months ago and finally delivered it at the GA meet. Bummer we were not able to stay longer. It has solid legs and is about the same size as the med bar but is not adjustable and is a whole lot heaver. No one seams to know what it was for. I have since...
I think the rim you posted up is the same as in my pic. Some tires have them and some don't. Only way to know is to disassemble. Unless you are airing down you really dont need a bead lock insert.
Here is a combat rim and beadlock. The black part goes between the tire beads to told them to the rim whin aired down to keep the bead sealed to the wheel.
