If the floor is good it's worth $750. If the floor is swiss cheese, $300. Back in the day those sold out of Ft Hood for $300 ea at every live auction. Never more never less.
Your problem seems to be between the batteries and the disconnect solenoid. Suggest you use your multi meter or test light to see at what connection the voltage drops off. Sometimes there can be corrosion between the cable strands and the connector which is hard to diagnose.
That is probably a T90J transmission with a T18 transfer case, and is probably the Novak C3 kit that adapts the Chevy engine to the T90J transmission. See the Novak-adapt.com website.
Gladiators never came with Chevy 6 cylinder engines. What transmission does your Gladiator have? The Novak adapter to put Chevy engines in M715s is set up for the Warner T-98 transmission only.
Looks like plain jane HMMWV tire and wheel assemblies to me, the pic is from the back side of the wheel and the gp dude didn’t want to strain his back unstacking for the picture. EDIT nope after looking at the pics again, the wheels are one piece, not HMMWV.
This repair is no fun. After burning off the u bolts from above, I was unable to drive them down and out due to them being completely rusted frozen into the spring seat casting. I ended up buying an entire rear spring assy from someone that was bobbing an A3. Even with those serviceable...
The REB does not interface with the transfer case. If the front driveshaft free spins, then your drive flanges are desplined or possible broken shaft.
It’s been many years but I vaguely remember the transfer shift rod needs to pull out more than that in order to shift the transfer into reverse.
