The "relays" behind the battery box are actually circuit breakers that self reset when they cool down.
I believe the relay by the dryer powers both condensers. Double check your connections by number tag.
8pk2855 is a metric belt. 8= 8 ribs. PK designates metric sizing. 2855 is length in mm. 2855 divided by 25.4=112.4 inches. So a maybe little tight for the 114" application.

I would suggest Asking around for a stock take off system off someone's parts truck. Maybe post up a WTB ad in the classified section. Unless you got a decent custom muffler shop locally that can fab up something for you
