That is an interesting and dangerous statement. These auctions are a crap shoot. Even if a truck is inspected it could be damaged after the purchase or items removed. As anyone can attest on this site the auction trucks are not the cheapest. Maybe you will be lucky and get a good running...

Took the m1008 out for highway road test with the new vent seal. Omg the driver side door vent window was silent, no whooose, whistle. Now the passenger side was howling so that is next. At this point at 60 mph I can almost have a normal conversation Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Have you taken apart the wheel bearings yet and checked and served them. The 101 trailers tow like they are invisible. I would not modify the trailer, but then again I own a few of them and they are my favorite trailer. Start with the basics before tearing it apart.
