I think the fed bulbs are better for our setup because they have light in every direction. I had corrosion also but not that bad on bulbs and more socket. At least you know
So you could have aluminum all thru the lines and cooler, torque converter? I had a transmission go bad under warranty and fixed by the dealer and I didn’t make it out of the parking lot before the new transmission failed because they didn’t replace torque converter that was full of shavings...
I got the fed bulbs and I’m really happy with them. Blue is nice and I got green also but I like the blue. Only rust I found anywhere on my truck was inside those sockets and I don’t understand why. They look blue but pic makes it look more purple for some reason
I’m really happy with my choice so far. Probably paid a little more than I should’ve but so far all it needed was a fuel sending unit and a fuel gauge, Oil and filters and a parking brake adjustment to get the light to go off. I didn’t care about seats, top, doors and lights. I have spent a lot...
That’s where I’m at a disadvantage. My computer is down and probably done. I’m looking for a laptop just for my Humvee. I’m forced to do everything on my phone for now. I see people talking about searching the word and I just don’t have that yet. Seems like since I got Humvee everything else has...
Being new to the Hmmwv club, even though I had the addiction for years. The biggest thing that I learned on my own from making bad decisions and a few members here point me in the right direction is where to get parts from and what to look out for. Action has been a big help and I’m great full...
I’m going thru it now and I’m finding exactly what I need. Amazing amount of information. I have a squeaky pulley that is fine at idle and then it works like a tachometer and it’s driving me nuts. I will get stethoscope in the morning and try to isolate it. I also have a diesel leak in/under the...
Wow! I never knew. I wish I would have asked a month ago. I really appreciate it. I think I can solve 90% of my problems. That’s what I didn’t understand is the randomness of it.
I can’t find any TM’s for my M1123. I stumbled across part 2 on one occasion and this is after many attempts. TM 9-2320-280-24P-1 I searched this and I got nothing. It seems like they are scattered all over and there is even a sticky that gets a 404 error! Seems like they could be here and in...
Like 7 months after Euc cleared to get your title? There’s no excuse for that. Almost 18 months to complete a purchase. Makes me angry that they can do whatever they want and zero accountability
Driving home will probably still end-up with a tow bill and hotel, buss ride or plane ticket. You will need new tires more than likely and will probably lose at least one on the way home. I personally would want to get it home and go through it myself. You are in small mountain town or it was...
I think Gov planet does a pretty good job as far as I know. They have always answered my phone call and questions. They sent my stuff off to euc within a day of my application and my stuff was sent out for title in a few days after picking up my truck. Maybe they are just telling everyone what...
Maybe I was told wrong but when I called a few days after pickup the titling department said my paperwork was in the next package to be sent off for title. They said they don’t send one at a time and send multiple at a time.
I just checked my SF 97 status and it’s blank and blocked out I don’t know what it shows when you check yours but if I was getting one it would have to show a status for it
I called two days after I picked up and asked when would I get my title and she said 90 days I also asked when will I get my SF 97 and she said I don’t need it because I’m getting the title
