I’m sure they do but how would normal guy know what spring is going to give lift without hurting ride to badly? Not everyone is an AMG yoda like you and a few others here. Lol I wish I knew what you have forgotten. Spacers were 129.00 so it’s not a real expensive bad decision and it might work...
I don’t know what I’m buying when it comes to new springs and if you get the height you want and still maintain a decent ride. You can do great things with spring rates and length but I don’t know who makes or sells them. Spacer is the way to go for me.
I have zero experience with spacers other than they create lift. I will be putting them in my M1123, front only. Probably will change the ride a bit but it’s a really cheap modification and reversible if I’m not happy with the results. I will be installing it as soon as it cools down and maybe...
The guy I have been working with said my batteries are not made yet. I asked him if I’m getting batteries that have been sitting on a shelf and that was his response
Now you went and did it. Great idea for my ocd and I will get screws tomorrow. I almost broke the screw on the ignition lever trying to get it to go straight up and down. Lol damn it
That is correct! I think the specs might be a little different but not enough to make a difference. I might be confused about it. I looked at so much stuff and I can’t remember what I had for breakfast.
From the manufacturer. He said they build them as they are ordered and they scheduled them in with the contract batteries. I had to set up account and a send a PO. Really easy and if you are interested pm and I can explain it better. I seen 4 of those batteries on eBay for 2,900
Ok I get it now. Pics are hard to see on my phone unless they are full-size. I thought for sure it was a 4-man. Looks really nice. Can’t wait to see the finished product
2- 4’x8’ sheets? I can’t see the seam.. I was measuring mine trying to see what would be the best size/direction and I didn’t see getting around having a seam
That had a military vehicle option and it didn’t say classic military vehicle. If they sent it to underwriting as classic and it’s not, that might be the problem. From my experience nobody has a clue what they are doing and then they send it off to others that don’t know what they are looking...
I did the online quote and it seemed like it was good to go. I chose military vehicle on the build your own quote. They had classic option also but I went military option just to avoid problems later.
Give it a try and see what happens.
I’m going with the original batteries. Batteries I have now are working great but they are small and the hold down doesn’t fit and needs a 2x4 underneath it so it will hold the batteries down and then the tray is not made for them. I want to do it once and be done with it. I will order Monday...
Sadly you question is in a place that you can’t get any answers. I think it belongs in the HMMWV section but people way smarter than me thinks this is the best place for it. With that being said and moving on. I’m going thru the same thing now. I was told by Progressive that I need a different...
