Was told bad information
There was an fleabay ad shortly after the first HMMWV sale. I contacted the poster about the "OFF ROAD" stipulation. His response was that that didn't apply and a title could be easily had. The ad was pull shortly after.
LOL...yeah...AM General has been crushing DLA's attempts to auction these...
The GP sales clearly state that the HMMWVs are being sold as "OFF ROAD" use only and will not come with SF-97s or titles.
Now if someone buys one and skirts the above stipulations, then let the chips fall where they may.
Also the fine print of any GP/GL sale says that the government can recall...
And you have to consider where to store the parts. Do you take them off the truck in advance? Or when someone wants it? Then you have to have a place to store the truck. Some areas don't allow storage of parts vehicles.

I don't have a M923 so I can answer your question but the wiring diagrams and parts listing are in the manuals
Maybe a M939 series...
Which intake manifold do you have? The one with the split plenum or the open open plenum? Did it come with the turbo?
I seem to recall that the deck height is different. Or I could be wrong.
