Got the transmission working. Whatever was in line was on the coil wire of the relay was the issue. Looks like one of the hoses for the power steering is leaking. I think I found the reason the one of the master cylinder res was empty. I think I have a leaky front caliper. Does anybody know...

What should be the normal charging voltage for the batteries? I think my is running a little high. 14.6 on and 14.5 on the other and 29.1 across both batteries. The gauge needle is pointing just into the red.
