Yes it is. You can tell by the extra terminal with the large black wire. It connect to the engine. That wire provides the ground for that unit.

All you need to do is add a momentary switch to provide a ground for the GP relay. The TM 9-2320-289-20 has a step-by-step procedure for a no start condition.
