    Have you checked the ground wires at the radiator support? Both sides. Also the ground wire at the 6 legged terminal near the parking brake pedal?

    With everything made in East Asia now, the rubber is not holding up like it used to. I agree o replacing the rubber unit with a regular freeze plug unless you really need one and can find a quality unit.
