Ran across this just now.
I wonder who else makes them. Tesla plugs will be stupid expensive (but still less than surplus I bet).

True.
Perhaps someone else will tackle the Axletech proof of concept.
Like the old 3.07's used to be, they can be had for a dime-a-dozen and by the truckload.
Yep.
Dunno why he didn't pursue the Axletech project other than he he's still dragging home truckloads of 3:07s.
It would even resolve the driveline vibrations the Meritor suffers due to the harsh angle aft.
Typically, if they were laid in order where they came off...
Starting at 2:00 (inboard left) will be the 2x 24v.
The 11:00 (inboard right) will be the 12v.
The 5:00 (outboard right) would be the ground.
Good stuff here. I've got a big fan cooler that I intend to stuff into the back frame someday. Waiting until I get the box off to attempt it, but I'm going to start measuring my runs for lines and fab my brackets up.
Yeah, I saw where he had crashed earlier in the month. Sucks as they were just getting into the maiden voyage.
btw: if you've not seen how he made his slideouts, you should check it out...
