they are planing a rally drive run the first weekend in may up to alexandria to the old 82 airborne museum( i think) but im sure of the date being the 7th of may. those guys have been going to the mobile rally for years and i have seen them but didnt know they were from la.

well it was fun.. meet some nice guys all with great interests in mv's we have know the same guys for years but have not meet up with each other. no pics.... as i was the only one that brought a truck.. mike from hammond a ss member and i were the new ones.. and around 8 other guys came and had...

no im not in any way helping with this organizing of this chapter... it was just a shock thing to me really.. that they are based in my area.. have their meetings less than 10 miles from my house and have 40 members with mvs and i dont know a one of them... so im going to the meeting with the...

just found out there is a new chapter of mvpa.. la motor pool club.... their are meeting at dons seafood in hammond la tomorrow saturday.. 400 till 600.. i plan on making the meeting and see what its all about

well it boils down to one thing.. is it still worth what you paid for it.. that part might be 100.00 or so.. i havnt bought front end parts in 20 years ..

man what a loss i meet him on the road and i picked up a set of combat rims for a m37.. he is one of the best guys... i need to check in with him to see about his health..

gun boy i live only 4 miles from your airport tent city.. that was a wild time seeing(for the first time) armed troops at that red light by the airport. sarge is one of a kind.. hope to meet up with him after all the pm exchanges

if used properly your winch could be your best friend.. it would pay everyone to get familar with their equipment and have a handy buddy that needs to know just as much as you.. then together your enjoy your winching experiences.. :beer:

yes sometimes you pay for what you get... not every time can you get a super nice truck for pennys on the dollar.. :-P

i do like the GA clinto rally.. but kinda out the way for most.. and the cow patties are a big issue too.. i missed last year at the battle ship... they made and again this year the same date as my home towns largest free festival .. the strawberry festival.. so im thinking about juggling...

with the venders getting more and more that might be true.. we need to see if more can come up.. but it is almost the same time as the GA mvpa rally .. if i remember right :roll:

i would love to see if it really does float. that is one super nice truck:jumpin:
