I found a reference to it in a PS Magazine on the University of Florida's website. It's an upgrade to the power steering pump. The issue is the January 1970 issue. Attached are screen shots of the cover and relevant pages (16-17). Hope this helps.

OH!!! May be a little late on the game, but headlights/marker/brakelights! Few, if any, parts houses will have the headlights you need due to simple supply and demand. There's not a lot of demand, so they don't supply them... 🤷‍♂️ Some may not work and you'll need them. I'll be home Wednesday...

Tim, do you have a link to the new laws? Lots of confusing attachments in this thread, and I would love to have the actual law to read as I don't want to inadvertently get my eggs scrambled for not knowing the most current law.
