    NOCO has stop making the G7200, but you can still find them online. They are making the G15000 and G26000 that are 12v and 24v.

    Yes it can be. You find a problem, you look it up, you fix it and wait for the next problem. Then after a little time you know your truck from front to back.

    If you are talking about the smaller wire, that is for the 12v side of the heater motor. Should be wire #569 I think.

    I also use Rotella 15w-40 in all my trucks. Sam's Club has it as a good price from time to time.

    If you have the taller cover you need the taller one. But 45" sound right for the std. height cover.

    When you drive it I would get it up to temp. and let the drive train get up to temp. also.

    I think that is caused by cavitation in the water system. I would use some JB weld or use some Alum. Devcon. Then use a good epoxy paint on the inside.

    Yes the wheels do turn freely but they will not be powered when the PTO is turning.

    All my M939's you have to have the truck in neutral to run the PTO, so you can not use the wheels to help the winch.
