Temperature has nothing to do with the buzzer, they run cool and the only time the fan will engage is when the temp gets up to the 200 to 210 range , it is controlled by the shutterstat, which is mounted on the top of the engine in a boss on the rad hard line. they are not cheap run 195 to 300 $...

PUMP IS AVAILIBLE FOR CHEAP at Saturn surplus, don't need a aux pump, diaphram is likely shot if it gains oil and smells of fuel as well you will know , stuck needle s and bad sticky float is normal with these
