    V-100 with M-60 Searchlight

The USAF used V-100's for base security in Vietnam. This would be a great way to light up remote areas of the base, before the days of common NV usage. Surprised more weren't used.

    V-100 with M-60 Searchlight

Some time ago somebody wanted to see a photo of a V-100 with an M-60 searchlight. Well here it is; an M-706E2 USAF model in Vietnam. Has an early 40mm launcher on board as well. Hope this posts right...

Haspin 2009: SS 10th Anniversary Rally June 10-14

I would not tow a Pinz that far. I suggest renting/borrowing a trailer for it. The M109 can certainly handle it with no problem.

    Rockwell Locker question

With the wheels off the ground, if I turn one side at a time, I get the click, click, click of a Detroit Locker. If I turn both, no clicking. Is that what I have; a Detroit Locker installed, or is it something else? I just am not familiar with Rockwells enough to know for sure...

    Rapco paint reducing?

If 4:1 works for you, no problem. These days, it depends much on your equipment: you gun type, setting, nozzles, etc.

    Rapco paint reducing?

Been using it exclusively for 16 years. Do Not use a hardener. You don't need it. Xylene works fine, mineral spirits works better with a smoother finish as a result. Hardener with add unwanted luster. Reduction depends upon your equipment, but as stated, only 10% is about right.

    Anyone here have a T-72 or 55/54/60????

If you don't want British armor because of costs and maintaining, you certainly don't want a BMP variant either. As for a BMP with tires...? Someone needs to do a little better research.

    M54 vs. M35

That all makes a lot of sense. There are more and more photos of deuce gun trucks showing up. That's why I was curious.

    M54 vs. M35

Obviously, most Vietnam Guntrucks were 5 ton trucks, however, some were M35's. The 5 tons were able to handle the weight of any armor, weapons, ammo, etc. but does anyone know how the deuces worked out? Were they just not up to the task?
