    Make sure it has a isolated ground. Sounds like the pervious owner kept the batteries charged anddid not tell you it was missing parts.

    Which alternator do you have? If your missing the drivers side it charges the front battery. Are the wires still there for the missi.g alt? Was it converted to 12volt?

    ORD sells good stuff 4 inches is fine just do cross over and you might have to trim the fenders.

    So. I think my IP is bad but has any one heard of them getting heat soaked like a starter? I searched and came up with nothing. The deal is when cold it starts great but when hot the truck just turns over and wont start. The gp's should not effect a warm motor or am I wrong?
