bias play tires go out of round if they are not used and have the weight of a h1 on them or any other vehicle. so the tires might not be roound like a radial tire and that might be what you are noticeing

I just want to fix the window at some point the truck will see the Rubicon and I am sure the doors will get destroyed then or on another run but untill then just want the window to roll up

That would be great to get the pictures of the door. it seems like i need some sort of tape or rubber to hold the door in the glass where do i get that ? As for the weather stripping i would be happy with just the parts that the window tracks up and down in.

the glass came apart from the channel that sits on top of the regulator
