I was out at the Ft Riley cannibalization point in the late 90's and borrowed this plate off an AF duce I think I will try and remove those numbers and redo it to match my flight line vans 97B02889 registration.
I have been looking for one of these for a while, there was a flock of them on GSA and took the plunge. Was out bid on my first choice so got this one blind(one picture on listing), running condition and mileage unknown due to dead battery, 400 miles away. My buddy since Jr high lives about 30...
I think it was $1,500 K38's are cool unless you were talking about another one. If it is the German one that guy has been trying to sell it for years for 15K.

Depending on what your stud spacing is 9.00X16 5 hole budd wheels from a M101 or A1 3/4 ton trailer might work at least to get it home.
Btw saw one of these years ago and the inside was all just varnished plywood.
