its when water gets in to the combustion chambers between the piston and the head. take out the injectors( all of them ) and try to turn it over to see if water comes out.

you can clear them with a 6 inch lift and some fender trimming. they will rub with out trimming

pirate 4x4 has a ton of info on lifting blazers and K30's on a 52 inch spring swap you dont need to take out some of the rear springs in the leaf pack. you just need to relocate the front hanger for the spring set up you will get 4 inches of lift with this set up. you can add OffRoaddesign's...

mine came with everything including a bent drive shaft and some body damage from the fork lift :) from what i have read it really depends on the luck of the draw and the area your truck is located at.
