Harry welcome to the M275 club. The front axle doesn't pull till the rears slip. I picked one up last year but have yet to start the rebuild. I hope yours is not as rough as mine.
Aswayze glad it worked and if you are hub flipin' this weekend let me know where and when. I was going to put the new shoes on the XM818 this weekend but the guys farm it is on left for the "show of shows" in Louie ville yesterday and didn't leave me the keys to the gate. If you are doing it out...
day late and a dollar short
Dave T you should have called I just got back from out there. I could have pulled but not transported as I was in the soul.
No duce tail gates but lots of trailers, still a few 800 hoods and air cleaners.
I am glad we,( yes I have a mouse in my pocket) are coming up with a fix for Aswayze as I am the one that talked him in to getting the G177. He was looking for the Mich XL's like I am putting on my 35a2 but they have dried up out here on the prairie. I am putting the G177 on my XM818 and no...
Yep a little water makes it spray much more better. I think some use the airless because the don't all ready have a paint setup and it is cheaper way than compressor, moisture separator, gun.
All I can say is WOW! If they sold them over here all the electronics would have been de-milled. I can see the SEZ is still there, does the tracking camera and radar still function? The track is a M548 modified for the system.
Gunwriter you need to take some pictures when you are out there every time I go I take a bunch, get home and only 2 come out. I have never made it out of the South lot too many parts to pull. I did luck out and got a steel ladder and another set of shoes for my other M146 trailer.
I always plan...
Ok I went 2 weeks without a fix. This Morning KCclay made it to my house at 0630 for the 3 hour dive out to 91W350 yard. Aswayze had left KC earlier in his M890 to help Stagg repair a leaking (gushing) fuel on his duce at Ft Riley. We got out there at 930 they showed up an hour later with one...
Chances are it should not have DS2 in it but training liquid. If you think they still have DS2 in them and you are on city sewer. Get a face shield rubber gloves and splash protection open windows. Use a wrench to loosen the top till hand tight, carry to bathroom, flush and dump. Your city sewer...
Here is the convoy route we will be executing out of Russellville on May 5th. The route totals right at 100 miles and includes some interesting back roads like the "Old Military Road", which will make the drive a little more challenging. The dirt/gravel back roads don't add any mileage to...
SCORE! You did good, it has all the nick nacks and the dash isn't buggered up bad. You got the exhaust and the extra headlights won't be that hard to fix. A lot more truck than when I brought my M135 home.
I haven't even looked in that lot behind the office, too many goodies in the south lot! I hope to make it back out there this week for some more tires.
