What is your Deuce Kaiser-Jeep or AMG,do you know the year?

On some Gm truck wiper motor has a circuit board and the soilder joint come loose.Can heat joint with soildering iron ,most the time fixes the problem.Don,t know if this is the problem with yours but worth a visial inspection.
