    Air in injector return lines and rough idle?

    Don't focus on bubbles in return lines. A good runnind engine has airiated fuel there. My junk exibits the same thing yours does. Cold weather, it is harder starting and the idle is very low. I m warmer temps, it fires right up and idles fine. It is most likely the starting circuit in the pump.

    Yes, the FSOV is a normally closed solenoid. There is a plunger and spring inside it that when energized by the ignition switch, pulls the plunger up letting fuel by. Take power away and the plunger falls and closes the port.

    You can take the wire off and run a test lead to it directly from the battery. To shut it off, remove the wire from the battery.

    The bodies are same but things are different inside. Barrel and plunger assemblies, cups, flow, all that. The injectors are different. You can't put a 903 in an 855 and have it run right. You'll need to have them gone through so the internals are correct and flowed right.

    That was really loud! I think the seat still has wrinkles in it. Got most all my junk loaded today, Truck is topped off with almost the last of the diesel gas :( Brought a real BBQ so I can do the peppers. This has to be by far the most crap I have brought out yrt! I'll snap a few pics tomorrow...

    Justin, I asked about the set up, he said basically what was mentioned above. Look at the GSA auctions, they will be cheaper than what he paid/wants for his. You'll prolly find a skid with a pump, reel and a 250 gal tank. That DD powered? Same as the 113/588? If so, it must fly!
