I'm not sure it does say final assembly and their factory here but it doesn't say where the components are made so I'm guessing somewhere overseas and likely Asia
The end of the belt goes through the bolt that holds the retractor assembly in. It sticks out at a forward angle next to the door seal. There should be a couple of bushings that are about a quarter inch tall or a little bit less. Use those between the cab and the end. The belt and should...

Since he rents them to movie studios and is a defense contractor also.... They are a couple of Abrams tanks also a striker a couple of bmps and some other random armor.
Well sometime hopefully next year my truck will become a camper at that time I will sell the bed and the cover and poles kit, cleaned and folded nicely back in its original crate
