I intend to do some home siping on the stock tire , probable some groving too . The difference between a good and bad snow tire is the number of small notches and grooves to catch on the snow .
No gurantee that this will take the tire to great or even good but ill make a post about it after...
Started a new pole building , useing the deuce as portable scaffling . To get around the back side i either had to cut up some dang big trees or .............

I sure dont see CO being a problem with this set up , theres a plenty tall chimney which should draft nicely . I doubt the truck is so air tite as to run out of oxygen .
Iv been giving thought to cold weather camping in my deuce as well . Think im going to build a mini cabin in the back i can slid in and out with my tractor . weather proof and easy to heat . Still in the mental build stage .

Iv read these type post before , i have a different type of neighbor problem . They come and borrow my Deuce , jimmy , jeep and so on . But never complain about them .
I do towing , so we run into this a few times a year where some one grabs a gas pump and puts it in there diesel truck , pickups most of the time . In a normal pickup it only takes a gallon or two to shut them down , the gas seperates in the filter and accumulates , all of a sudden it just shuts...
I bought my deuce as a toy and as an ambassador for my company . Tonight it served its first job as ambassador . A major delvery company had a driver put gas in his diesel truck , we towed it in to there garage and the mechanic was just a whining about disposing of the mixed fuel .

7.3 orginally designed to run 250,000 most will do well over 300,000 with good maintence . Power Ok not great .
To bad you dont have a inline IHC DT 466 thats a heck of a good motor . My Hercules takes a death run ill let you know how the 466 works in a deuce [thumbzup]
I put the roll pin in today because i had one of the correct size and needed to spool up cable that was wrapped around the bumper . Plan to change it out .
