The ramps are about 120 the 5th wheel assembly probably around 450 -500 pounds. I paid a guy with a service truck and 2 ton crane to help me for the day. Best $600 I ever spent. We got my tructor bed done in one day.

Make sure you have something to bolt it down. Tractors have no provisions to secure beds. I had attachment brackets made for mine that are bolt on just like the commercial rigs use.

Well did some more work on the tructor. I installed a HMMWV seat, much more comfortable, and marker lights. Tractors don't have them so I thought they would be a nice add on. LED lights of course ! I fab'ed up the brackets for the markers and an adapter plate to mount the seat to the stock...

Check the hazard position to see if both work. If not I would still lean toward a 3 lever light switch problem.

Good job ! Make sure you shut down the truck correctly or you could fry the ecu.

I recommend you do the air tool oil trick. You don't even need to start the truck. Keep air pressure on it from an external compressor. Work the brakes good just sitting still pumping and applying a firm boot to the pedal a couple of times. You might need to do the oil a couple of times...

The unit operates from 21-32 v. There are two fuses, a 3 amp and a 15 amp fuse as you already know. Make sure you check the connector on the ecu and that its tight and clean. You are not getting a good self test on start up. How often do you drive the truck and did it sit for a while ? Is...
