No worries. Print a copy ( or sections thereof) and leave them in the head for multitasking. Seems common that folks think they need to digest 3000 pages (or 12,500 for a deuce) of the TMs. Until you start wrenching, the -10 operators is all you need. I keep -10s stored on my phone. Enjoy...

I think these are made by Mastercraft. I have a pair of the full buckets, wish I could find one jump seat like these.
Try taking pics holding your phone in the landscape position with the home key on the right. Pics will almost always come out right and they just look better on a screen.
The point of the clear filter was to confirm air in the system. Also, pay close attention to steel lines as they can chafe and get a hole worn into them and it's not easily noticed.
On the back of your alternator, there are six slotted vents. At the end of one of these vents, will be a stud if the alternator is isolated ground. In the absence of this, your alt is case grounded.
Get one of those clear plastic fuel filters from the parts house and plumb it in between the filter and injection pump. Get it running and see if air is getting in there. Betting it's drawing air near the tank.
FWIW the oil field deuce (M756A2) loads the same way. I have (somewhere) pics of them field testing one and it shows a multi stage pump in various stages of being winched on the bed. Also shows them being unloaded via tug off or using pinch bars to pry it back an inch or so at a time. It might...
Some of the M116 genset trailers had a bulkhead in the front. If your doesn't have the bulkhead, you may have to get creative in keeping road spooge out of the trailer. Maybe even stitch or glue an extension on the front.
