My experience is the airbox drains piss oil as designed. The other place was the rear accessory drive plates on the timing cover. No matter how many times I changed the gaskets & sealer, oil still weeped out.

One tends to touch metal with tools when doing battery service only once; It leaves a lasting impression!

Ground Negative first off, last on. The rest don't really matter, just be careful not short a battery with a tool.

All Zerks I've ever seen use the same size grease gun. Their sizes listed refer to the pipe size they screw into.

The sintered metal (Velvetouch) puck clutch is a better choice than the organic disk. That is what I've found almost every 5-ton military rebuild.
