The plate says M35A2C but its been modified by the fire department or air force, as you said, with a tank which looks to be welded directly to the bed. If it was designed to haul water it would have a data plate saying M50, M50A1, or M50A2. Neat deuce. I bet her white paint gets dirty quick with...
