215Dave, Thanks for the good comments, the more I look at it the more I like it. Yes last week was great, 43 years of marriage is a super milestone these days ( My poor Wife, don't know how she put up with me that long). Again Thanks
Scar59, The tail lights were swaped and lowered due to pintel hitch brackets for hitch, I used rod couplings to lower the lights so I did not have to cut the reflectors off not that it would be problem just more work. I really like the lights due to them being further from the center. I was...
More pics of trailer hitch. Comments are welcome negative or positive, this is a learning curve and I would like your comments. ThanksIn my previous post the pics got out of order and flipped for some reason and I also have a shutter problem with my camera, please excuse my ignorance for not...
Finisher the receiver hitch today, still need some paint and relocation of tail lights and a air line. The vertical plates are 5/8" the tube on the horizontal is 4"x4"x1/4", the receiver itself was a hitch I had laying around and that beats the tractor supply price of 30 bucks for a piece 12"s...
Well I have busy in between a lot of family events, My 43rd anniversary was 6/19 and had another grand daughter Sunday and a birthday for my wife Sunday also. The birthday party was planned but not the baby, any way all is good. I got the bed back off the truck to drill the front holes to mount...

The exhaust would be the tallest part of the truck and if they do not have super singles removing the exhaust should do it. I put a A3 and a 817 on my trailer and was fine height wise but had to put the trucks just right on the trailer to get the weight limit correct since I am pulling with a...
rrr, I followed your build and followed your advise on leaving the duel axels, I did many of the same things to my build and I will do more in the future. I still have a long way to go. Where did you get the plastic coat? I put some undercoat under the bed where I welded it and I had to use a...
I like that look, I won't ask if you don't! I had some nice ones on my dully and I backed up to curb need I say any more. Thanks for the pics I really like your rig!!! You are welcome.
swiss, MothersanM1, Thanks for looking. I should have stated either way they will be painted 383 green and the quarter fender would have rubber flaps hanging down, I think I will make them longer than original I like the longer look and function of the extra long flap. If I go with the quarter...
