I have a similar unit on my F-350. I will try to measure it tomarrow and let you know if the pattern matches the M1009. The M1009 has a bolt through design that allows it to swivel but I would guess that bolt pattern of the four outer bolts is a standard pattern.

Memphis equipment has them. I forgot the price but I think it was in the $25-$60 range. I ended up getting one with my PTO.

I suppose you could mount just about anything in it but it is for the ringmount leg.

I have done business with them in the past and was very happy. I got a lot of hydraulic hoses and fittings that were real inexpensive compared to other sources.
