Is the line on top of the pump lined up with the line on the front where the pump bolts up to if its clocked to much your timing will be off there too.
The one I bought in florida had ribs that ran from window to window across the top inside for added strength I installed a headliner in mine screwing it to the support ribs cost me $600 dollars worth every penny.
If your going for a balanced look find a set of deuce rear bumperettes and put them on then cut the bed down just past the bumperettes that way it doesn't look to short.
You may be able to machine out the centers if it doesn't need much to get it to fit since they are a (budd) stud indexed wheel. Measure the axle flange and post it up there may be some sitting in someones shed with the right center hole cutting them down wouldn't take much as long as there is...
There are three types of wheel ball and seat (budd), hub piloted and Dayton the budd style wheel is the older style and they will fit your truck I have a whole bunch of them I run 11R24.5 tubeless tires on them.
