There isn't any of them for cheap I bought the last two I have at a great price $850 each as close to new as it gets they get $1500 for them on various auction sites and they were pretty well used they are pretty big the horn pictured weighs around 30 pounds.
Get yourself a set of these they work great and will last a life time I just polished them and painted them up for my parade truck I had a set just like painted flat black I put on my 923.
Bad steering U-joints on the front axle had a ford F-350 would do the same thing start pulling toward the ditch I would turn the wheel to compensate after a certain point it would let go and want to put me in the oncoming traffic lane.
Take the spark plugs out and put a bit of ATF into the cylinders you may have rings stuck to the pistons causing low compression I had a willys that was like that ATF cured the problem.
I am contemplating buying a truck near temple texas its the size of a 1008 so its not a heavy truck the deal hinges on what it will cost me to get the truck from its location to their location and store it for a few days PM me if you can assist me any help would be appreciated.
Yes but I use a test light turn the key and if you have power at both large terminals your solenoid is working it will still give you that clunk when energized even if its faulty so you cannot go by sound.
Obviously the driver wasn't paying attention first thing they should have noticed was the truck should have accelerated easier after dropping the trailer and why park on the side and let it run down the road instead of getting in front of it and try to slow it to a stop with the tow vehicle.
If the solenoid is bad to the GP system they will not work either if you need to buy one you can use the same one used for snow plows its much cheaper.
The dutch have been using them in pulling tractors for years and have managed to keep them together at 5000 RPM Im sure they are modified but they are really winding them up tight.
