nice seup you have there bones, I've been surviving with a clark 110 welder for the last 6 years, it has served me very well. I'd actually like to get one of there newer 110 spool gun mig welders.
napa won't have the wheel studs to me until monday so it will have to wait till next week.
and if anybody is interested, I saved about 30$ on the studs by going into the store rather than ordering them from napa online.
been so cold and I don't have a shop - I may get around to doing some of it this weekend. I have all the wheel adapters, just have to press in the studs and bolt them in place.
you can add an alchohal kit to the compressor - there are a few recent links with pictures.
pretty simple setup that draws some of the air for the compressor intake through alchohal.
your vent may actually be clogged by something other than ice. I would remove and inspect.
i would just get the cable actuated bleeders that go for ~$10
more air capacity is always good, but you may want to install a regulator infront of it so that it doesn't start airing up untill the system has reached 60psi

too cold and snowy now to do much more, but i snapped a picture of it sitting inside the rear wheel. This was the first part for a fit check to make sure all the dimensions worked correctly.
