That chart looks to be for AC, not DC, as it includes THHN, which is house wiring.. I'd bet that's for 120/240VAC

After crawling under the truck and looking at all the safety switches....and realizing that privates painting trucks is a bad idea.. I decided to provide power directly to the controllers, bypassing all switches. The generator is engaged, the idle raises maybe 100 to 200 rpm or so.... And...

The PT pump took some force to take apart... Good news is, the inside is pretty clean, no rust or anything... The O-ring, which is supposed to be round rubber, was a flat piece of plastic, due to age/use.... so replacing it was a good thing... The gasket was also hosed, while it was holding...

I have a 12V gear reduction starter as a backup, it only takes a couple minutes to move the starter feed from the back panel to the front battery... Cranked over super fast when I needed it.. I of course switched back to a 24V starter as soon as it was rebuilt...

Just look for a craft cutter that connects to your computer

I bought a stencil maker/cutter from Ebay.... Less than $100... design on computer, put in cardstock, spits out stencil..
