BLP4110M 250A Alternator Fits fine. Now working on low profile air hose elbow.

Having this dimension would allow to have 100% confidence.

Following the dimensions from Leece Neville BLP4110M and using a Caterpillar 211-7871 as a reference for the bracket. It looks like the BLP4110M will fit fine. See pictures below for reference If anybody wants to double check the solidworks drawings I can share.

You are right, the manual shows the parts being separated. Just not sure if it can be done while in place.

I don't think that heating up the camshaft in place would allow to remove the sprocket. I might put the whole engine on fire. I'm working on creating a parts list to have the front cover replaced
