Around 250 pages. It is not a loose leaf..I could do it if it was. I am in the process of cleaning out some old book cases at work. If there is one in the mix of stuff, i'll sacrafice it and pull it apart for a scan and PDFizing. Ohh, look. I invented a word!
I have one that will do fine for the NHC in the 5 tons. Too bad it is so many pages, i'd like to put it into PDF, but it would take forever to copy and scan the thing.
Oh hole, you are gonna hate me! I went out and gazed at mine for a bit tonite. Got to thinkin'...a dangerous thing...I have a socket that can sneak in there and bust those uppers loose w/o taking the u-bolts out
I love it! Another MV freak out on the left coast. Welcome! I'm about 5 miles east of the 210/210E interchange, in Monrovia. Sorry, no bonus storage here but there are kots of places to put things.
In 1970 the military didn't give a damn about CA emmisions laws and I'm pretty sure they still don't.
Well, I did see an engine data plate on an engine..an LDT 465 made in 1980, in a '68 at the junk yard that DID have the verbage "Meets US EPA emission standards for a mediun duty diesel...
Great, DMV looks like they did things right! I have got in the habbit of using a registration service. They do it all, registration, transfers, VIN verifications...all at one spot.
IIRC, there is the later version in the TM section...TM 9-2330-213-14&P. If you come across te 1964 version, TM 9-2330-213 14, grab it. It is a better manual.
I can do 1/4, 1/2 and 1 inch. It will cost the price of the oil board and a donation to the site. Oil board is about a buck for a 6 x 24 sheet. PM me if you are interested.
Too much on my plate to squeeze it in this half of the year. The Tehachapi event is a go, MVPA and SCMVCC sponsored. Noty a bunch of driving except to get there, but will be a blast. Good food, nice people, some good side trips. There will definatly be a Dirtbag fall event. Just gotta sit down...
When it is hot, feel the lower radiator hose near the radiator. If it is cool enough to put your hand on it and leave it there, it is most likely a plugged radiator. When water pumps fail, you get fluid out the weep hole most of the time or a fan that wobbles around.
R.Lee or Rossi? Rossi is there all the time, R. Lee will be at the shoot in the Pendleton area Thursday, Friday and maybe a few other days. Hopefully, so will I!
You can also get the numbers off of the data plate. Also, do a little wet sanding on the door panels, hood and bumpers and sometimes that will bring out any markings that might be under layers of paint.
