Not all the same. There is an "early" switch that had two sets of wires connected to it. I recently replaced the wireing in an M38 and it had one to my surprise. I couldn't find any info on it, so I called John at Midwest Military he was aware of them. I replaced it with a single connector switch.
Its been done, not the ideal setup.The heavier tractor can push the deuce around. Some weight in the deuce bed is supposed to help. Much safer if you could hook airlines up for the brakes on the tractor. But your brakes don't work. Soooo
