I think just about anything is better flowing than stock. If you take a CUCV muffler off you'll see what I mean. It's like a 30x12" concrete block. I don't think any exhaust will really gain much performance on a 6.2 though, just a little more responsive, maybe a little better fuel economy.

I'd ship it seeing as it's only $630. By my rough estimates...buying drivable tires for it on craigslist ($300-600) and fuel ($200) will cost you well over $600 anyways. As for the price of the truck itself... Has he not given you any prices or an amount of what he's got into it? I'd say...

Yup, seat belts for 73-75 Blazer/Jimmy and 73-91 Suburban. I don't know if the Burban ones will work for the 76+ K5's. Otherwise I'd just get those.

Well since it's a magnet I'd imagine it would stick to the housing. A lot of transmission pans have a magnet sitting on the bottom of the pan. If you want a little extra security; I'd use a little JB Weld. It's strong as ****, fuel/oil resistant, and it's good anywhere from -70°F up to 500°F.

You should be fine. I think the civy K5's have a towing capacity of somewhere in the 3000-5000lb range. CUCV is no different. But yea, a 2" receiver hitch would be your strongest option. And trailer brake controller would be a good idea (if your pop-up has brakes). Look at it this way...how...
