There were 15,618 ww2 us army semi-tactical 5ton 4x2 coe trucks build, The trucks were build by international harvester. I own one of these trucks, also i am a friend of one of the ww2 veteran who drove them in the war.
joe, if it has the hinges on the grill to let grill down , and the thumb screw for the battery cover , have the title made for a 53, but if not make it for 54 . wendell

Not to change the topic, but has anyone ever seen the freightliner semi truck. that is chopped like a street rod with a tank engine. i seen this truck in the great american race. i did have there web page some where.
I ,ve had a m38a1 for about 7 years now, but have not touched it. just can,t get started on it. but will some day. i got the radio and mount for it. it has the c windshield, back is cut out, but no data plate.

The m49 is ww2 ring, are you going to put it on a 60e and up trucks. the post war cab mounts might be a different location. i not sure what year they stop using the 49. i going to put a m49c on my ww2 semi, but it is not correct but all i got. also it full flange for high speed tractor...
