Gamagoat1, I can tell you that the second line is NOT there. It has a type 2 hydraboost. . I will take some pics on Tuesday and post them up. Maybe this will fix my delema. Thanks guys!
The M/C on it is the exact same one as a deuce...don't know if it the stock one, I asked Craig to check it against the unmolested M20 in the back 40. IIRC, it is a1 3/4 diameter unit. It has been bled with a pressure bleeder, multiple times and the system split in half and bled.

I isolated the M/C and Hydraboost from the rest of the system and bled that half...had a hard pedal. I hooked up the rest of the system, bled it, and the pedal action is still the same.
I did go through the hydraboost and it does work, no fluid...

I forget if the multi is direct injected, if it is, and you aren't gonna try and save it you can pop it out from the bottom by hitting it on the nozzle end. If not, spray some penetrant on it and just keep twisting like you are doing now. I'll bet that the seal wasn't put on the injector the...
Check drive line phase and for loose flange bolts. Also check the shaft between the trans and t-case..those are always comming loose. Check to see if the drive shafts are bent and for too much slop in the slips. I had a harmonic vibration and It went away after I swapped from a sprag to an air...
Oil additives...snake oil IMHO. Seen lots of engines apart with regular oil and additives. No difference inside. Oil manufacturers don't spend millions on R&D on their products for nuthin'

I have sets of hoses, top, lower, the ones behind the oil filters, the little ones on the water rail. $35.00 plus shipping. PM me if interested. You can loosen the upper radiator support and the upper hose comes out and goes back on easily.
Camp Dirtbag spring trip isn't gonna happen due to too much on my plate 'till mid May, but, there is the Tehachapi deal happening in mid June. I know there will be 3 to 4 SS guys there along with a mess of MVPA people.
