I didn't see anything like that in the TMs. My thermostat housing didn't match the picture either. I will have to check again. Maybe what I saw was for the engine in the a1 (NC250 or whatever). Thanks for the info.

I will check the radiator tomorrow, as well as refilling the reservoir to see if it blow out again. I will also check the hoses and see if they build pressure while running cold.

Just the overflow is losing coolant and it didn't appear to spit any out while driving.

Soapy water works well, but there is a lot of tire to cover. I tried it on one of mine and had no luck. It usually works very well. I ended up using a tarp and making a pool around the tire. Found out it was in the valve stem area. Quick turn of a wrench and it was done. I do have one leaking...

Get an extra Shrader valve. The metal caps aren't usually sealed very well. I usually hold the valve ready and move as fast as I can when popping the hose. I spit on the Shrader too so the seal doesn't tear (not sure if they will or not anyways but I always have done that). It takes like ten...
