I almost never get into a MV or truck without at least a small PMCS. I use a paint marker to mark my nuts on trucks to see if they are backing off.

New or like new rack , around 25 bucks.. tools go for around 30 each give or take condition. If you can do better than id go for it.

Or just buy a single axle old Rodway(Sterling or IH) truck with a 7 speed and a drop deck , run highway speeds , not alot of over engineered crap and it would ride real good if your looking to haul MV's for people.
