I gutted 17 of them a few years ago and all had 110 volt electric heaters. Most but not all the shelters had ports for the flex hose of external heaters.

Lack of cfm equals lack of horsepower does it not? The issue filter is designed, overrated to allow some flow restriction without effecting max HP. Where the other filter is rated somewhere in the 300 to 325 cfm range. Someone with the other filter should advise.
You would have to talk to your Department of Taxation and Finance. They would be the ones doing the checking. Most if not all have a law enforcement div.
gimpyrobb, everything I have been thru including fuel checking, you are guilty before you try to prove your innocence.
