The Band Clamps that attach the muffler on both sides are available. I have to move my exhaust to clear the bed I am adding. I will take photos of the muffler removal and record the straight pipe exhaust sound by next weekend.
Your sounds more like a clogged fuel tank vent line it is located in the air inlet tube behind the cab make sure it isn't plugged up by an Incest or something. you should be able to blow through it freely with the fuel cap off the tank.
Sounds like debris in the Injection pump something made it by the filter and stuck in the Injector pump bypass?? bypass stuck open with trash?? just a thought. Try to put a Pressure gauge inline just before the Injector pump and see how much pressure it is maintaining. (not just at idle but when...

I am working on the same project. I there are lots of post with adding beds to Tractors.. I am using a Drop Side 2 1/2 ton bed (12 feet long) and installing it behind the cab and moving the spare tire and rack to inside the bed. out of everything I see on here it think FOR ME this is the best...
